If you forget your password or need to reset it, use the ‘I forgot my password’ link in the login window. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the address used to create your account. After following the link and resetting your password, you will receive a confirmation email that your password was successfully changed.
If you do not receive an email with the link to reset your password, please check your spam/junk folder and the settings for your email account. Make sure that you can receive emails sent from email@example.com, as your email provider may have blocked the relevant email.
